U.S. Shipping Cost

FREE SHIPPING FOR U.S ORDERS over $100 or more.

All other shipping is calculated by weight and location. 

Packages under 1lb are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Heavier packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

Shipping is charged at checkout with a variety of services to choose from. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship.

International Shipping Cost 

There is a flat $20 shipping charge for all international art orders. For larger orders, there may be an additional shipping charge that will be invoiced before the order is shipped. If you have any questions about the cost of shipping before purchasing, please contact me at info (at) sarahtudorart.com. International shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks or longer during holidays. Please note: All import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Canada: There is an additional $25 shipping charge for oversized frame orders.

Packages are shipped by USPS International Priority Mail with tracking insured for the product purchase value. 

Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at info (at) sarahtudorart.com. Items may be returned in unused condition within 7 days of receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you are returning due to a defect in the product in which case, we will be happy to cover shipping or simply to issue a new print.

Cancellations and Address Changes

Due to orders being automatically processed shortly after placing your order, we cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been placed. However, please reach out as soon as you notice an issue with your order at info@sarahtudorart.com

Damage and Replacement Policy 

Our supplier strives to keep all damage under 1%, and we ask for your patience if something has arrived in less than perfect condition. 

Any damage reported within 7 days of receipt we will make right.
